When Bubonicious dies (permanently) he leaves behind an invisible disease cloud.
The disease cloud does the exact same effect (I assume its related to how the aboms leave behind disease cloud).

Can it be changed so that we can see the disease cloud or it disappears?

~20 minutes in is when I start killing him.

On death, a target with plague cloud leaves what is called a plague ward. This continues to spread plague to enemies that get close.

Apparently, this was done in a way with bubo that caused the plague ward to not be visible. It may be a bug, or it may be what was intended.

Maybe Voltron's ulti could do stun on blink, or maybe that's a bit too much. But this isn't the thread to discuss it in. Make a new one if you care for Volt so much theo.

Volt already gets innate evasion; he deserves to have a bad ultimate for sieging.

Code:
a = b*(100/(100-c))*(1+(d*e))

a = Effective Hp
b = Base Hp
c = Evasion Percentage
d = Armor
e = Armor Multiplier
http://www.thehelper.net/forums/showthread.php/108342-Efficiant-Evasion-HP-Calculator

If you use that formula to find the ratio of ehp at 20 and 30 armour its 1.13%

the ratio between 30 armour and 35 is 10% and it just decreases as the armour goes up.

Evasion is the best way to increase your ehp because as a ratio it has little diminishing effects because you gain hp/armour per level-up and generally buy non-evasion items.

"However, there is a small detail about armor types. soo.. it won't be very accurate unless the unit that's attacking you has a chaos attack."

armor type doesn't matter for the ratio.

Its going to scale both with evasion and without evasion the same way.

I'd rather gain 1200 health per level of that ability.
