ok, easy question about development(actually a couple of questions)
Darox, are you going to keep editing island defense or not? and if not, are you going to offer the 2.8.6 map to anyone to work on, or are you going to leave us with a choice of pandamimes work or a static 2.8.6?

i dont know jass, so i wouldnt be able to work on the map myself, im also working on my own map, it was more asking for the sake of everyone, however if someone did take over, i would be able to help as a co-editor or something, as i am quite good with the editor, jass aside that is

Why no more ID? The latest map is fairly well balanced and fully playable. And after bodyhammer took over the otehr map it's starting to look good.

I don't think you should judge him before his first version is out. I believe he will do a good job and that the map will be even better than before.

I sure as hell didn't. Not ever. As for body I think he'll be ok. I just think that too much has been done to ID that may never be fixed. It's a shame, but I mean i just stopped playing rather than play the new versions because it's just not as fun anymore.

Earth to sheep, earth to sheep. I never believed panda would be the "jesus" of ID. I'm not even religious. The reason I have faith in body is that I played a lot with him before he became editor and the fact that he got a lot of experience by watching panda and darox try and fail. He knows a lot of the trapholes and how to avoid them and I believe he should be able to do this. |
