you change the levels of the creeps and in constants you change what levels get what amounts of experience if you want buildings to give exp you have to change them to a unit change the level and then change it back to a building or that's at least what i remember.

in world editor you set the base xp bounty that ALL units give
you also set the level modifier, each level adds this amount to the xp given
units levels are under the stats-level field(pretty sure)
heros have an individual set which works off hero level

you can also use triggers for a custom XP system to get more specific numbers, because for some reason the world editor doesnt have specific xp rates for units

Can you change how much exp a specific unit gives?  Cause those constants are a % of whatever the specific exp per unit is.

without triggers the xp each individual unit gives can only be set by changing its level, which will give (constant factor) + (level x level factor)
but you can use the point value of units to make quite an easy triggered xp system where a unit dieing grants xp equal to its point value to the enemies, so long as you are not using the point value for a different function

to make a building give xp, just convert into a unit with "Is a building" and uncheck that to turn it into a unit then set the level and convert it back =D
