I have two questions: 1. I am in the process of making a map. I need to know how to make the map protected so that people cannot edit it on Map Editor. If anyone knows, please let me know. It would be much appreciated.
2. In Island Defense, builders do not auto attack the Titan when he comes close to them. I need to know how this is done in Map Editor.
If anyone knows how to do these two things, please let me know...this would be very much appreciated! Thank you so much!

1. But you need to google vexorian map optimizer. Also google widgitizer optimization. You'll need to use those two things to protect your map. Find some tutorials for them.
2. In world editor there is attack acquisition range per builder or something like that, there is a few different things with it. Anyways turn that to zero. That's what determines how far away you'll automatically attack something.

turning acquisition range to 0 also makes their attack range 0, because their attack range is not allowed to be lower than acquisition range(at least thats what happened to me when i tried) in island defense to make the builders non hostile they are given worker classification
this means they do not engage enemy units unless ordered to, and they get a 'idle worker' icon thingie if not doing anything

Ah my mistake. Thanks for keeping us up to date JaycaJa. I've been working on my own map and I probably screwed something up, although I haven't noticed the problem with that certain area yet. Edit: Ok I turned there acquisition range to 0 and they will still attack things, I do understand the worker classsification makes them not auto target, but now i'm confused about the acquisition range...

ah, i forgot, in world editor, 0 means infinite for several things, such as any duration field eg:sets stun duration to 0 and they are stunned forever, or set summon duration to 0 for a permanent summon
edit: just found something interesting, adding the worker classification via triggers means they dont engage enemies, but also don't have the idle worker icon, so if you dont want that icon that is they way to remove it

I put the builder classification, it didnt stop the auto attack. I am using a unit that was already classified as builder before I made it into unit. So ... yep

Change acquisition range to .01 on your "Builder"
But you must not be in the right spot where you are giving your builder the Worker Classification. Cause it worked perfectly for me.
