I have come up with a few ideas that could make games more interesting...
-ir mode (Individual Race mode) Everyone will have a different race.
-#b mode (Number of builders mode) A limited number (1-10) of builders will be availible for choosing.

Tell me what you think of these two new modes!

ir is known as single draft(sd) which is already implamented. -sd is the same as ir

I'm a little confused by the number of builders mode. Do you mean limiting each builder, limiting number or builders in the game, or limiting the number of basers/supporters?

i think he means that in -Xb mode X amount of random builders are picked that they then pick from

so in -1b everyone could be say, sat(lol game)
in -2b everyone could have a choice of say gobo or gnoll
and so on

Oh, alright. That makes much more sense. That actually sounds pretty cool, but I think it should still be like I had said earlier. I think it should like force a ratio of basers:support:army. Then like once someone randoms or picks say 3 basers, the others disappear, and same for support and whatnot. Kind of like random draft, but they can still have more than one of each.

What my intention was for -#b mode was to make it so the number typed in is how much stock there is for each builder.
e.p: -1b Now only 1 sat may be chose, 1 murloc, 1 troll, etc.

I like the new idea though, only X type(s) of builder(s). Perhaps it could be another mode.

and if maybe the bulilders are catagorized by the 4 setups that were provided Here then this would be kinda wicked!
I belive the setup styles were:
  • Offensive Style
    Defensive Style
    Supportive Style
    Army Style

Doing it this way really does clarify many things but the mode that Impressionnant said sounds cool and your idea is also good turtles!

Problem, depending on how you play them, many builders could fit 2 or 3, even 4 of those styles.

Thank you for the coments! And incase you were wondering (or just pointed it out), you cannot have both of them on at the same time!
