GAMEPLAY:
Terrain:


The aim of the game is simple, you pick a hero, and try to destroy the enemies tower, however there are several things that make it much less simple, the most important of which is:

The Golems of War;

Each side begin the war with a battle golem, which is summoned with the first wave of soldiers, upon destroying the enemy battle golem, your battle golem becomes a powerful WarMachine, however the destruction of the WarMachine results in the conversion of it to the enemy side

The Soldiers of War;
Every 40 seconds 3 warriors and 2 champion spawn for each team, and head out to the enemy base, like Golems of War, they are uncontrollable units allied to the team they belong to, and will fight anything along their course

Upgrades;
upgrade your teams units by buying upgrades from the barracks using wood gained from hero and golem kills

Wildcards;
wildcards are single use scrolls of varying powerful affects, from teleportation to healing to refreshing cooldowns, they can be bought from a marketplace near the taven with gold from killing units

The Heroes of War:
Choose from one of of the legendary heros in the fight between light and dark:

Mistress Shadowchains, the Warden of Darkness
Gahron Wisewood, the Treant Loremaster
Frannis Fareye, the Prophet
Grimmaw the right, the Furbolg Lightbringer
Jhariq Strongtooth, the Troll Battlelord
General Anjal, the Warrior General
Shadesinger, the Guide of the Depths
Slidther, the Naga Bloodrunner
Wirk Wickedpaw, the Gnoll Spelleater
Crux, the Warlock
Stormsnout, the Wildkin Stormstrider
Giwr the Flamesman

just realised the version i uploaded was broken, something to do with the compression/protection i used, it wouldnt let you start a game in single player, or even make a game in multiplayer

so i had to upload it 'again' when my nets still capped so i didnt bother with all 3, it is only on mediafire for now

have you played the map? the terrain is fine, it isn't meant to be a massive dota like map

-prettiful preview picture

-new upgrade system
 -lumber bounty of 1 added to heros and golems
 -upgrades available in barracks to improve warriors, champions, golems, and towers
 -un/holy weaponry, +5 damage per level for 1 wood per level
 -un/holy armor, +2 armor per level for 1 wood per level

-new wildcard system
 -new wildcards;
  -health regeneration wildcard, heals 75 hp per second for 15 seconds
  -mana regeneration wildcard, heals 50 mp per second for 15 seconds
  -Blink wildcard - self explanitory, 800 range blink
  -teleporting wildcard - teleports instantly to an allies non ancient-non hero unit
  -haste wildcard - maximises movement speed for 5 seconds
 -heros no longer start with wildcards
 -heros now have only a single inventory spot
 -wildcard shop added next to tavern, wildcards cost 3 gold
 -all players start with 10 gold and units now give bounties;
  -warriors - 1
  -champions - 2
  -battle golems - 3
  -heros - 5
  -warmachines - 5

-heros start at level 2
-added hp regen to towers
-towers received seige damage
-all golems recieved seige damage
-champions and warriors recieved chaos damage
-numerous number changes to skills and heros
-reworked the way imposing might works

-widgetizer optimization used as well instead of just vexorians optimizer

-misc game
 -units spawn every 30 seconds from 40
 -golems spawn at 35 from 45

-terrain etc.
 -darks mountains path is lower down
 -both mountain paths are wider
 -darks taven/market moved more south
 -fountains moved a little
 -river at edge of map redone
 -towers scaling to 1.5 from 2
 -dark towers hight to 100 from 0, light towers hight to 50 from 0

-Flamesman
 -Added Giwr the Flamesman

-Prophet
 -foresight bonus damage changed to 10%/17%/24% from flat 10/17/24
 -crowstorm storms raised to 9 from 6
 -crows damage lowered to 20 from 30
 -crowstorm duration to 25 from 30
 -crowstorm aoe to 600 from 500

-Troll battlelord
 -precision stun time lowered to .4/.7/1 from flat 1

-Wildkin Stormstrider
 -stormshield fix, bounty is now given to unit with the stormshield buff on rather than noone
 -stormshield made weaker but spammable, deals 20/30/40 damage per second for 15 seconds, 6/5/4 second cooldown
 -blizzard made weaker but more spammable, 60/120/180 damage, 5/4/3 second cooldown, 50/55/60 second cooldown
 -changed stormstrikes cooldown to 11/10/9

-Naga Bloodrunner
 -tiny aesthetic change to bloodstrike(attached to hand right not weapon)

changelog: v0.4a
-misc game
 -champions and warriors now have fortified armor
 -towers range lowered to 900
 -un/holy armor grants +15 hp in addition to armor
 -un/holy armor down to +1 armor
 -un/holy weaponry down to +2 damage
 -added a sfx to both barracks when an upgrade is bought
 -added small background stories for all heroes
 -increase model size of market and taven, collision is the same
 -heronames now colored
 -upgraded tooltips, color coded names for skill types as well as cooldowns
 -auras no longer affect golems
 -golems' attack damage doubled, golems' attack speed halved
 -champion's spawned reduced to 1
 -champion's and warrior's collision increased
 -champion's attack increased by 10
 -barracks play work animations 10 seconds before each wave
 -new animations for the battle golem pre-spawn
 -attribute bonus spread further into 7 skills rather than 3
 -added the mercenary camp to accomodate for more than 12 heroes
 
-Wildcards
 -teleport wildcard can now target buildings
 -teleport wildcard changed to blink wildcards icon(greater replenishment scroll)
 -blink wildcard changed to lesser replenishment scroll icon
 -added "wildcard" wildcard, costs only 2 gold and becomes a random wildcard upon purchase

-terrain
 -large terrain changes to both mountains
 -terrain adjustments due to mercenary camp
 -flattened the landbridge

-Cryomancer
 -added Arcus the Cryomancer

-Flamesman
 -liquid flames changed to 100% chance to miss instead of disabling attacks
 -burning blade's name changed to Ember
 -liquid fire's name changed to hellfire
 -burning body's name changed to Burning Soul
 -burning body's animation changed
 -burning body to 20 damage from 15/25/25, damage reflection to 20%/25%/30% from 10%/15%/20%
 -attribute bonus to strong hunter bonus

-Gnoll Spelleater
 -mana combustions wisp animation is now teamcolored instead of always red
 -manastealto 1x mana gained from 2x mana gained
 -manasteal to 5/7/9% current manapool from 3/5/7% current manapool
 -attribute bonus to quick deadly bonus
