Just adding on to the flow of suggestions ^^

Gnome Builder

The Gnome Builder is part baser, part titan hunter, part supporter. It is focused on upgrading his harvesters and giving them items to improve their combat ability, making them very effective in supporting other basers, defending your own base or killing off titan minions. The idea is that the Gnomes are brilliant inventors, and have constructed Gyrocopters to help defend against the Titan. They can then invent/create more things to boost their allies, themselves or their Gyrocopters in combat, as well as infinitely upgrade their Gyrocopters as long as the resources are available.

Main Builder Stats

OR

Model: Peasant or Gnomish Inventor (custom model: http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/resource.php?t=47735)
Health: 300
Armour: 0, Unarmoured (does it matter unless it's fortified? =/)
Movement Speed: slower than average (say.... 300?)
Building Style: Human
Attack Stats: normal attack stats (125-125, normal, etc).
Harvesting: 10 per swing, 10 max capacity
Abilities: Invent - allows the gnome to create unique items using combinations of other items, gold and lumber. Spell Book ability.
Has 6 inventory slots.

Main Builder Abilities - Inventions

This is a major part of the Gnome builder, as these inventions assist your teammates or buff your Gyrocopters. I would prefer that the titan can pick these up as well. Most inventions can be built once you meet the costs, but the better ones late game require the Steel Affinity upgrade. All inventions are spells, but do not do anything without the required costs. They all have no cooldown.

Gnomish Rocket Boots

Costs: 1 Flask of Rejuvenation, 1 Staff of Teleportation OR 1000 lumber
Effect: Can be consumed to maximise movespeed for 5 seconds. 1 charge. (a consumable Panic item)

Scale Armour
Costs: 5 gold, 3 Turtle Scales
Effect: Gives +1 armour and +50 health to the holder.

Scalemail Armour

Costs: 10 gold, 2 Scale Armours
Effect: Gives +3 armour and +100 health to the holder.
Requires Steel Affinity

Gnomish Spyglass

Costs: 1 Eye of the Ocean
Additional Costs: 5 gold, 1 Eye of the Ocean, 1 Flask of Regeneration
Effect: Increases sight range of the holder (by about 400?).
Additional Effects: May be used to reveal a very small area (about 300 AoE?) anywhere on the map, revealing invisible units within that area. Reveal lasts 3 seconds. 120 second cooldown.
Creating this with additional effects requires Steel Affinity (and having additional costs met).

Regenerator

Costs: 15 gold, 3 Flasks of Rejuvenation, 1 Armoured Scales
Effects: Grants a 20hp/s regeneration rate to the holder.
Requires Steel Affinity

Pointy Stick

Costs: 1 Healing Ward
Effect: Increases attack damage of the holder by 5.

Pointy Beast Stick

Costs: 1 Pointy Stick, 1 Scroll of the Beast
Effect: Increases attack damage of the holder by 10.

Pointy Super-Beast Stick

Costs: 5 gold, 1 Pointy Beast Stick, 2 Scrolls of the Beast
Effect: Increases attack damage of the holder by 25.
Requires Steel Affinity

Super-Pointy Super-Beast

Costs: 5 gold, 1 Pointy Super-Beast Stick, 1 Healing Ward
Effect: Increases attack damage of the holder by 35. Grants a passive aura that heals units in the area by 1% of their max health per second (healing ward aura, does not stack).
Requires Steel Affinity

Explosive Barrel
Costs: 10 gold, 1 Healing Ward, 1 Scroll of the Beast, 1 Eye of the Ocean, 1 Flask of Rejuvenation, 1 Teleport Staff
Effect: Lays down a bomb that explodes after 2 seconds, dealing 300 damage to all enemy units in the area. The bomb has 200hp and may be destroyed. 1 charge.
Requires Steel Affinity

Boomstick

Costs: 5 gold, 1 Healing Ward,1 Scroll of the Beast, 1 Eye of the Ocean, 1 Flask of Rejuvenation
Effects: May be used to fire at an enemy unit up to 1100 range away, dealing 200 damage. 1 charge.
Requires Steel Affinity

Units

Gyrocopter
- 10 lumber, 25 food

Gyrocopters are the heart and soul of the Gnome builder. They start off as simple harvesters (that can fly and attack...) but can be upgraded and enhanced into powerful defenders and hunters. They depend on a fuel system (mana) to operate, and having 0 mana at any time kills the harvester (or maybe just pause, whatever works). They cannot detonate.
Health: 100, no regeneration
Mana: 100 max capacity, 55 initial, -5 mana regeneration
Armour: 1, medium
Movement Speed: 330
Attack Stats: 15-15, Normal, 2s cooldown, 250 range (Flak Cannon attack, not bombs).
Bounty: 4 gold, 4x (regular harvester) experience
Harvesting: Wisp style, 40 per tick, 5 second interval
Abilities: Hellfire Missile - Fires a single missile that deals 100 damage to the target. 50 mana cost, 30 second cooldown. 700 casting range. Requires Hellfire Missile Pods.
Gyrocopters have low sight range (err... 600?).
Gyrocopters come with 1 inventory slot.
Gyrocopters are mechanical and can be repaired by the Gnome builder.

Someonehad a idea kind of similiar to this, but the problem is that you can give it all to like a nature hunter, and he now is a walking death machine for all minions.

I thought everyone liked death machines :<

And ID doesn't use custom models (except for Pandamine's builder, with that dodgy tree), so I provided two models for the main builder.

Mmm, the items were intended to be passed around after the Gnome player equipped his Gyrocopters. I admit some of the items are really powerful for builders, but they're also supposed to be a little difficult to make

The Darox & Rcxquake shop items are a little expensive though. The builder is meant to have lumber problems as a racial thing, but I think I made Gyrocopters harvest too quickly. =/
