I plan on making a siggy soon, in GIMP. But im pretty clueless as to how I should design it. Maybe a picture of Chernobyl? As in the plant not the hunter
Any ideas?

Thanks for the replies. Adam, though, they want 'near dota quality' for the loadscreen. Even if I was THAT GOOD, it would take me 60+ hours. 40+ if im being speedy.

Those numbers are exaggerated. You can make a nice drawing (like DotA's loadscreens) in about 5 hours.
I'll gladly make you a signature, just send me a render (any picture with a uni-colored background).

A picture of dota quality in 5 hours. Heh. No those numbers are not exaggerated. The person who made the loadscreen spent time drawing it out, inking it, scanning, colouring and then fix up. They didn't just copy and paste the image and put breakers inbetween. I don't think you realize he is starting with a blank canvas and a scan of a picture he drew. But anyways, I spent about 10 minutes making this based on Red and kovy's help.  |
