16 gold for pearl and then 10-15 more to make it passable seems fair to me.

No pearl shouldn't be passable, the MSoG should have a much larger AoE reveal, and be used with a pearl and only cost 50-70 gold somewhere in there so titan's can't get it early and find everyone's base/lumber base. It should also stay at a 30 second cd.
