Since everyone is complaining how ogre hunter sucks so badly, why not make it into an actual ogre spellcaster whereas he casts spells like a bunch nukes and offensive abilities dealing (if all used at once) 500 magical damage. Since no-one ever uses catapults to kill minions anymore, why not make the move speed maxed already so u don't ever have to upgrade the move speed? Just a thought, BurnShady Implemented, details are in this post. - Neco

Hunter should get some upgrades for offensive nukes, but I see a lot catapult ganks in pubs so no need for it

Yeah his hunter is crap and overrrated. I remember for a time that some people were saying he was one of the top hunters in the game, not sure how anybody could be delusional enough to think that.

current = repair + blink, and his expert hunt training is probably not worth upgrading since it doesnt add slow to the hits (needs confirmation)

... What if we made 2 types of ogre towers. 1 type would be the normal slightly-worse-than-average-at-full-upgrades ogre catapult and one would be... an imperial ogre catapult. This catapult would obviously cost gold, take up more food and be stronger and faster than the average ogre catapult but unlike its counterpart, the imperial's range cannot be upgraded.
Also, reduce the fucking wood needed for the upgrades. You need to mine uninterrupted for 30 minutes to stand a chance late-game.
What does his hunter's upgrade do exactly? I have an idea of what skill to add to make him viable but I want to know first.

I think 45 is fair before merchant considering their attack speed. The range is pretty much typical of others, too. I kind of disagree with the lumber cost of the upgrades, though. The need to fully lumber base just like any other builder, spend more lumber than any other builder, and then fork out 150 for each catapult, which is like an enhanced tower if i'm not mistaken.

Really? I must be doing it wrong then.  If you mean before having to use any gold, then yes. No different than any other builder. Oh, didn't know you guys would move the upgrade damage towers to the arc, considering all the other builders don't need merch + arc to fully up their tower damage, my mistake. I don't usually get arc in games on most builders. -Burn
