"Yeah, i'm pretty sure this is intended. It also does that with the mystic staff of the gods. It wouldn't be too fair not having to use your minion or titan's mana to pearl, and it would be plain cruel for it to cast wands on people, lol" From frank, in the locked topic. So if you can add MSOG to mound, how does it prevent TS? Set sight range to 0 and use a dummy unit for sight?

I don't know if you can prevent things like that. The same kinda thing happens with a fog generator.

Last time i tried regen pot on mound it worked, has something been changed? I'll try it again next time i titan anyway.
Yep it definitely still works, magic coral + regen pot = perm 250 mana to do whatever you want with. Mana goes away if you take coral out of course.

That sounds like a fun bug.
You should leave it like that, i mean, if a titan wants to waste some gold on that, well let them do it.

The MuDDy_PaNDa is a new animal. He has been created by the breeding of a panda and a makrura together. Their breeding had created a strange animal covered in mud.

yea, its actually a pretty cool idea. If titan can do that he can prevent early game golding if hes a lucky bastard XD

Just found out that shadow catcher can be put in the mound of the 3.0.8e map to grant 350 mana, although it gives no mana regeneration although tooltips say it does, so probably means it doesn't give main titan mana regeneration either. Also, just noticed, for orc who says that msog is a great sieging item for it's cost, (from tooltips) shadow catcher is a worthy rival of giving 350 mana, mana regen (which msog does not give), 20 attack as well as extra ww(s)
Oh and similar to sat, if titan uses ww and wc or shadow catcher at the same time and hits something, it will only break the normal ww, although i don't know why a titan would pop both of them at the same time

MSotG does give mana regeneration, as does a magic coral. The mounds degeneration of mana takes care of that. However, for some odd reason blizzard decided that Regeneration Pots bypass any normal regeneration on a unit and are applied directly.

Oh okay, didn't know degeneration mana was implemented on 8e. since coral and msog was still dropped onto the ground. I believe msog tooltip doesn't have mana regen in the tooltip in versions 6e ~ 8e, not sure about betas.

Or just remove the titans mound all together, it'd solve a lot of problems in the long run.
