Ok so since i got a job at blizzard in their modeling department there has been rumor going around for a new warcraft (that isnt WoW) coming out within the next 3 years

They've said WCIV will be coming out after SCII(No source, sorry) due to them only having 1 "RTS" team(NOTE: Most of the people working on SCII and it's expansions are from the WCIII team. The original SC/BW team has left for other studios(Except for maybe 1 or 2, not sure). So it's hard to see them not making WCIV. Hell, they're probably making it already since the engine for SCII is already built. They probably get pulled off the project a lot for SC2, but I could see it coming out in 3-8 years.

You just got to understand that people have been saying that wc4 will come out for a long time now. Just google it or youtube search it if you haven't heard about it.

"Well, the World of Warcraft team is busy on World of Warcraft, and we have an RTS team but they are busy with Starcraft II, we don't right now have enough bandwidth to tackle something like that." Blizzard is probably busy developing wow and its addons, diablo 3 and the sc2 addons. I also hope blizzard does not use the sc2 engine and finally makes a game with good pathfinding. |

they need to quit putting all their time in WoW or expand. I'm pretty sure if you aren't playing WoW by now you aren't going to start and I don't know that I would buy WC4 if it doesn't come out for 5 years or so. They potentially lose a lot of their buyers if they wait until 2016/2017 to realase the game
