If you count one bot (Global-ID) filling in about a minute active, then extremely. But they allow downloads, it's european, and there are like 4 admins and some of them abuse. BGN10 works as well, but they have no admins at all anymore, and it fills in 10 minutes. But more US players that are somewhat good use that from what i've seen (Burn, ToID, some IDG players, and those few decent pubs i've seen.)
notice I didn't say pro, somewhat decent.
Pick your poison really. both the bots aren't to great.

We need noobs.
This has been discussed countless times on these forums. Yes, it would be nice if everyone knew what the fuck they were doing. But we all sucked at the game the first time we played too(except aflac). With practice we got better and yada yada fucking yada. The point is without a surge of new players every so often, the ID population shrinks and shrinks until there is nothing left at all. So stop saying "Get all the noobs off WC3" unless you want WC3 to die.

Yes, we need noobs because that means that more people are playing, lengthening the life span of the game. In a way I'm surprised new people still play since all the "pro" players immediately go "gtfo noob!" and "wow u suk so much go uninstall wc3 noob" at the sight of 3 towers guarding a lumber base. No one seems to know how to help, or be bothered to do it.
Back when I started playing, I sucked of course, and so I hosted my own "Island Defense Noobs! Join!" sort of game. That way I wouldn't ruin "pro games" and another 10 players who were bad could learn at the same time.
However nowadays with the supreme bot overlords normal hosting is scarce, and so every player from the pr0w to the "how to play" gets mashed together.

I'm not talking about noobs. I'm talking about that one dumb shit that has no idea what WC3 even is. You know, the kid that sits around at the middle asking how you build things? I'm talking about the kid that has no idea how you lumber with a unit. I'm talking about the kid that doesn't understand that the titan is BIG and needs BIG entrences to get into an area. I'm talking about the kid that, even AFTER it's explained still asks you the same question.
Noobs are a good thing to a point. Some of the best players I've seen in a game ended up being "noob" because they played safe, they attempted to LEARN the game instead of running in circles being stupid.
Then again that's mostly a stupidity thing. I always tell people I'm not racist, I'm racist against stupid.

pubs are mostly noobs who used to suck horribly at the game and have learned to base. They then laugh at people/freak the fuck out whenever they see someone not playing standard. At least that's how it was the last time I played.
