See title. That wall is imbalanced. The fact that it takes only one wall to wall off that exit makes walling in/out titans far too easy now. The two wall spots right behind that wall should also should be removed. If builders are going to wall out the titan they should have to pay for it by feeding gold instead of how it is now

Or just block the two lines of buildable tiles (to make a ww safe ramp walling where it shouldnt be), by drawing an unbuildable right in the middle. thus forcing the builders to wall by the outer edges again.
I've no idea if it was just a mistake or intentional, but I can sincerely agree it became unfair. Simply unfair.

Yeah i find playing titan in 3.0.8e really unbalanced. Cant tell you how many games there have been decent builders, that all just use 4-5 seeds and a full deny lumber base, that have me walled out in 5 minutes. Granted I'm not the best scouter, but still.

Most euros I see around tend to have the attitude that everything that is abusable to some point should be abused as much as possible and then don't be fixed since it ruins their "fun". That's why you'll see Arty walk into thss thread and say you should be able to wall off only using one wall.

I'm trying to figure what spot they are talking about. Are we talking about the mid left of mound ramp, mid bottom/top left of mound, or the mid left base ramp? A ss would be helpful.

The only thing I can see can be used to remotely argue that this change was good, Is on the builders side before you had to wall the entire edge of that side. Now it's easier.... which isn't good at all.

The Titans received starting gold, which makes his early game a little bit more solid. Atleast you can buy something when you start now which opens actual strategy than aimlessly wandering about to find that gold first.

This central ramp buildable just looks like a clean mistake, like that he wanted to restylize the ramp and screwed up.
If I didnt know any better, most of the changes present in this version looks like rebuffs stolen from my changelist.

Hasn't it always been buildable there? No it didn't wall off the spot, but there was a patch of ground there that you could build off of. Actually, I think it was closer to the mound...

Also, while we're at it, can we get rid of the unbuildable vine shit? Or has that been removed already?

No it was a way to "balance" certain locations around the map, though it just ended up being in the way not acheiving the intention of it. Same with some unbuildable rock tiles which I think are pretty much removed today.

No it was a way to "balance" certain locations around the map, though it just ended up being in the way not acheiving the intention of it. Same with some unbuildable rock tiles which I think are pretty much removed today.
