The new changes to ogre are very nice but does anyone think that the hunter is a complete liability?  His repair is useless because he's just too squishy to be put into walls.  He makes the builder vulnerable to bounce nuking.  His spot out in front either replaces a wall or a which is dps/defense loss.  The hunter should have an ability that allows him to repair from afar or something (like the repair slayer from vampirism).

You know that there's an really old vampirism map which IS id, humans do the same damage, most of the Island merchant items exist but with other names and it has the exact same tech tree and towers do the same damage and walls have the same hp.

Go load up an old ID map and look under "Credits" or something and I think you should find the maps name.

Why not make Ogre be spell immune while being able to repair.
That'd help the bounce nuke thing.

I would say make the ogre's hunter into a nuke-based warlock type of thing. Ogres are known to do that. He could have a spell to heal walls slowly, too.

Why not just make the Ogre be a Mini Hunter as well, to make it more useful, then?
I mean, make it become a Pulverizer and a War Stomper and stuff, you know..
Then for the Expert Training, the Ogre hero gets the massive Tanking shit and stuff.

What if you got say, 100g by the time titan was lvl 8, gp hits about 5 mins later with 2 camped minis lvls 3 and say 5. merch + arc + expert + an extra 55g left over. this is actually a common situation.

yea, but these days you're unlikely to get 100g before titan gets a minion.. =/

Theres one good ogre base, and its mid right.
Also, yep, i dont even ever get the hunter when i use him.
