 Island Sight Costs- 22 Gold Recipe- Pearl of Vision, Magic Coral, Floating Eye Effect- Reveals the entire map to the Titan and his minions for 3 seconds. 120 CD, 200 Mana. (Retains buffs and effects from previous items) Well more along with the way Smy is thinking, here could be a charged version instead. Titanic Sight Costs- 20 Gold Charge- 1 Effect- Revals entire map to titan and his minions for .5 seconds. 90CD before another can be used. 200 Mana.

Should cost roughly 50-60 gold and possibly use some other items like require coral for regen. Also 3 seconds would be slightly better.

Why not just make it reveal entire map for 0.5 seconds like builder kills.
So it's a quick reveal for the minimap.

it can be very hard to measure an accurate cost for something so effective yet only momentarily. And it mostly depends on the situation in contrast to how much gold a titan can invest into a purchase that costs gold with each use.
Early to mid game it would definitely be the most dangerous while later on it turns out close to useless. And it depends how much it costs. If it costs too much, it'll only be used when you are really afraid someone you do not want to base might be trying to base. But if it costs too little, it runs over the pearl. And here I m not even judging how the game might go from the start, it can be an early kill, it can be a monstrous gold party, it can be a good exp farming titan or a bad one.
The point? Setting a cost for this can be impossible, so I would rather make it a charged item the titan starts with. After a minimal amount of time has passed, the Titan is given an item that will reveal the map for half a second once. Too early into the game and there is no point in giving builders the advantage of running ahead of time. It would definitely lead to more kills since the average player would be helpless even when used to it. So. I'd say let the titan start with an item that is on cool down. Not have it as an alternative to pearling.

Minions + MsoG makes this almost possible now. If you buy this item and it turns out you get more minions later as a result of something else, you'll wish you would have never bought it.
Perhaps, you could make this item stand on it's own for around 70g, and have it combine with a pearl (15g) and a recipe that costs around 25g, for a pearl that reveals a huge area?
It would cost about 110g in total, like most of the powerful items, and still be usefull throughout the game if things happen to change.
Basically what this item would do is provide the titan with a different type of play style. Minions can be incredibly useful not only in attacking bases, but they carry and use items that the titan has to drop in order to use his +stat items. The thing is, not everyone that plays titan enjoys managing 4-5 minions at once, or they would rather keep some people alive longer to get more feed (for example, a mak that like to wall walk instead of tele).
Adding an item like this would allow you those periodic reveals without needing to sacrifice feed for something you don't want to, or are not skilled, in using.

We can just kill a minion for that, and pearl does the job just fine, who says you can't send minions on patrol? Just cause your too lazy to do it doesn't mean an item should compensate for it.

You completely missed what I was saying. My point was that not everyone enjoys playing the titan in the same way. Perhaps they would rather focus mainly on the titan being the main control with 1-2 minions for back up, or no minions at all. What I'm saying isn't about laziness, it's about play style. If someone enjoys waiting till the end to kill everyone instead of killing them throughout the game (which is entirely possible) why not take that method into consideration while developing the game? A lot of changes make the game a lot more fun for the builder, but it seems the only new changes for the titan are replacing items with better ones and adding new titans.

Firstly, the cost SHOULD increase. However, there's two different problems in this situation;
A) It lasts for 5 seconds, but it does NOT reveal invisible units [Unless this guy said so]. Regular pearl lasts for 10-15 Seconds and reveals invisible units IN the area. B) A Pearl's CD is.. Like 40 seconds? I don't know. But with this item and a low time to see people around the map, I'd suggest that you nerf the CD down. By a Lot.
By this case, Pearl > Island Sight.

Alright changed some things and definitely made it more, if not better to actually bother getting it. Also added a smaller charged version if the big one still isn't in favor.
