Dominator helm buff

I know the dominator helm is already pretty good for its cost, especially if you gets lots of levels and lucky on tomes, but the 10% movespeed instead of 20% is REALLY annoying... Like if you go all damage as titan you need to buy an extra set of feet just to make yourself not crawl. I suggest making it 20% movespeed, because feet is in the recipe, why would it be worse as a combo? Worse comes worse make it cost 5/10 more gold and give it 20%.

Is the above nerfing or buffing the Helm of Domination, because I'm unaware of its current stats, TBH.

I don't think the ms should go above 20%. The damage aura is 20%, and I don't think the attack speed is an aura, although I could be wrong.

All that should be done to this item is making the movement speed the same as the spines. Other than that, it works fine imo. (assuming the ms buff doesn't stack with anything.)
