nice troll attempt. the lifesteal component of hod improves your survivability slightly...while doing not much else. the reaver is too hard to farm up early and if you try to go satanic first you're not going to get it in a 1v1 or a real game. i played a few inhouse games, and a couple league games with new naix and treads/armlet is the standard. the ridiculous bonuses from early treads/armlet and naix's spells make him a monster mid-lategame. infact, since it's lifesteal his strat would have a greater advantage in a 1v1 situation. but keep trollin' darox. |

Well for naix I usually get helm just for the life steal and then go from there, I love armlet.

Well Satanic isn't the first item I'll complete in a normal game though.
Typically I play 3 on 3, so I'll grab two bracers and a tango at first. Then work up treads. By this time I've got infest or about to have it. At that point farming becomes ungodly simple, you can take down anything with ease save for ancient creeps. I'll get up HoD next, life leech and Domination further helping your creep killing. Then depending on what happens there, I'll go armlet or try to finish satanic, depending on what is happening in game. A few times I've even settled for Vlads.
But that's just an outline, the items I use depend strongly on what opponents I'm facing anyway.

True. I just play 3x3 right now due to the fact I have a couple of friends I meet up with from time to time, and we got tired of having to add on 2 random pubers who didn't work out well in most cases. Like a game where we had a sniper mid game still without boots charging deep into lanes. I finally cked him at 0-7 because he literally died doing the exact same thing every time and refused to listen to any advice.

From my view, murs is only good at those things. He had 2x the creep stats I had, and a superior lane control on me, and I still won in the end. His mode, his host, his hero, and I still won.
