I'm not sure if the -builder command is still here.  I was playing on panda's 3.0.6e version.
Here's what happened
1) Panda leaves.
2) Panda uses escape skill
3) Red, who is in obs, types -builder

Then the entire panda's base gets denied.  In addition, the 3 pandas simply vanish after time expires.  According to system, he is still alive as panda.

No more -builder in G4. And I seen this happen, intact I think I saw a post about this bug.
