New Item! Wheeeeee.
Anywho this is just another idea, basically a powerful escape ability.
Item: Chronosphere
Icon: Starfall (Thanks Jux)
Description: Devised by the atlantian Mages, this powerful one use item will enable the user to move faster than ever thought possible.
Cost: 30 - 45 Gold
CD: 20 minutes
Available from: Yacapo or Dildamesh, But was considering it was a random drop from a critter of some sort.
Note: Slows EVERYTHING'S (Towers, Builders , Titans , Builders) Movement Speed and attack speed by 75% for 7 Seconds This does not affect The user though.
This item is purely a Escape ability, hopefully, this will give the user a very good chance of escaping the titan.

Titan is slowed with allies it is like every thing is slowed and the slow is the new 100% and the guy who uses it gets speed. |

Yeah, Basically just a Slow everything item. @ArtFuL It shouldnt be punishable. I guess another way to balance it is that the titans nukes have a 3 second cast time during the slow-down. I made it such a high cost cuz well. its a good item. @Novynn Yeah, i thought of a time-based titan before. thinking about this as the windwalk, or ultimate. But i thought it would be better suited for builders. @Jux.Mage Is it? didnt realise.  But should it slow the users attack speed? i mean. Satyr with this could easily get 5-6 hits off titan if he used item right. |

Although Chronosphere is a fitting name for the item, the name itself is ruined from a former ID player who went on these forums so it's probably not going to be implemented under it.

In dota there is a hero called faceless void. His ultimate stops all units in a selected area (can't move or attack) for a few seconds, and the spell is called Cronosphere.
