Ethereal Mirror
Either 1 time payment of 90 or 80 gold

or Moon crystal + Coral + Recipe for total of 50-60 gold

Turns target ethereal for X seconds, can be used on self or builder.

Reposted for a proper vote, and it seemed to be the only balanced and good item.

Slows slightly, less then slow poison or glac nuke.
Immune to physical damage.
Small multiplier to magic damage like 1.1 or 1.2
Small multiplier to heal like 1.1 or 1.2

XXX cooldown

This is an useless item when you're sieging. Trying to get/run away from the base without dying using this item would totally kill you when it comes to Demonologists and other units that can use abilities. You can't even attack while using this, no profit, I guess.

This is an useless item when you're sieging. Trying to get/run away from the base without dying using this item would totally kill you when it comes to Demonologists and other units that can use abilities. You can't even attack while using this, no profit, I guess.
It increases the amount you are healed for since it amplifies any magic ability. A simple example would be the Ladder Blood mage and paladin combo, Using banish on friendly units then using holy light for a boosted heal or Banish on Undead unit then lighting for a pump amount of damage.

Can be used on builders to prevent non-magical actions, pump magic damage and small slow.

Sounds like it could be put to use, and is certainly an great concept. Lower the cost just a bit and you'll be fine in my opinion.

Edit: I totally missed the recipe option. Ignore what I said about the cost, this is a great idea. I support it. Smiley

Faerie towers do piercing type damage, they would not be able to target the titan during his banished state.  Only thing that can affect a banished unit is an actual spell, not any sort of magic type damage or what have you.

1)Heal multiplier
2)Nuke multiplier on builders
3)small slow
4)prevents rewall since all non spell casting actions are forbidden in ethereal form
5)small amounts of almost invulnerability to get that last second of WW cooldown
6)quickly bring down hunters with nuke barrage

This item should be the same price as Abysmal(sp?) Water. The upside to it is you get moar heals and can cast it on builders to do more damage. The downside it you can't attack while using it and if a builder/hunter nukes you they do additional damage.

It has a few pros and cons, which look to be balanced, but how long will it last? Say for ex, im demo attacking a 7 walls base, i kill 4 walls, use that to not be attacked, have a full set of 6 spines for max regen, and just sit there until full health. The I would proceed to rape the base because they couldn't rewall and i could get them. The cooldown is of less importance currently than how long such an effect would last. I suggest maybe 10 seconds?

Just some questions.



Would it last the same time on heroes and on regular units?

Would punishing yourself remove the ethereal effect?

Is the damage multiplier the same as the healing multiplier?

What is the duration/cooldown of such an item?

Will it provide any passive stats along with the activated effect?



Get to em whenever, I'm in no rush. Just trying to get a better idea of how this would be implemented.
