Explainable when it comes to faggot leavers who rage quits in public games because one guy suicided or died. Allows other people to enjoy the game when the next host can turn these modes off. :O

It can be good to have as I see your point. Though most of these things happen in public, its not very encouraging that the game leader pulls a dickmove before leaving.

How about changing how EXP and froff is activated?
Red types -Exp Builders are given a message asking them to type -yes or -no
majority wins, -exp can only be triggered every 2 minutes. If a tie happens the titan gets to make a final vote.
Players can type -out to automatically not be accounted for the exp vote and -in to come back.

No, because all the pub players think "OMG RED DON'T GIVE HIM EXP OR FROFF ELSE WE LOOOSEEEE AND I CANT HANDLE LOOSSINGG". They even say this with a noob titan and every builder with 500 gold. Therefore they will just say -no.

What he said, without the double posting through an accidental failure. But the second problem is the spamming shit. Sooo... -exp(off) & -fr(off/on) should be delayed for 2-5 minutes [-PoNy]

Good idea to vote for -exp and froff but Coaster-Man is a bit right too. Just make it need only 3-4 votes so even with those tards you can still -exp

Here's what needs to be done:
-Keep the modes like they are EXCEPT: 1. -Froff command is removed. It should be -Fr ON. Perhaps automatically trigger it if you can detect massive amounts of XP gain within an incredibly short period of time.

The curve of the feed reduction (at least in 3.0.8x versions) gives pretty much the same effect, only massive amounts give a reduction for that player.
3.0.6x on the other hand has a cruddy line so you can see a bigger difference.

Idk wth happened, but it obviously submitted before I was done. Here's the original text: Here's what needs to be done:
-Keep the modes like they are EXCEPT: 1. -Froff command is removed. It should be -Fr ON. Perhaps automatically trigger it if you can detect massive amounts of XP gain within an incredibly short period of time, maybe if it's from one source (workers, fruits; there's a problem if he's getting 100 fruits in 2 minutes from one person, activate a "check" trigger for allowed feeding)
2. Do not make the commands on vote-style. That's pointless because it would solve relatively few problems while creating many. Perhaps the command for fron and exp can be nullified if the player leaves within a certain period of time after using the command, to prevent rage-griefing.
3. Keep the FR data table regardless if the mode is enabled. The data is useful and the "Cap" column could be easily set to "N/a" (or a similar message) if the mode is not activated. You can let the titan see a different table altogether if the icons become a problem (just set the icons to a question mark [INTERESTING IDEA: maybe set the icon to the builder type once he sees one of their buildings? You could also enable a similar feature for the builders with the titan icon] so you won't have problems and don't need to re-implement -ma for balancing)
-CHANGE THE BUILDER SELECTION: We don't need retarded ships for builder selection. That specific area of the map was made for a reason, get back the taverns; changing it was unnecessary and not only looks retarded but causes several bugs within the game, namely the ability to buy an additonal builder with the -SD glitch ( know that mode was removed, but still the ships look retarded). Get back the good ol' Taverns to reignite the old feeling of ID.
I'd continue but no spellcheck and this stupid scrolling glitch is aggrivating so I'm gonna stop for now and may go into greater detail later on (such as NICE polishing, loading screen, etc).

Why aren't the ships removed after everyone's chosen? THAT'S the real question. The answer of course is that the editors are lazy.

They are, just not for -sd mode since -sd mode was never really finished. And if you think I'm lazy you obviously don't know how much time and work goes into a map...

Then finish -sd mode. It's a game breaking bug so you should. Plus leaving stuff unfinished is bad and sloppy.
I know making a map is a lot of hard work. programming in general can be daunting, and you also have to worry about balance and ui's and all that crap. I just like to poke at people with my bugging stick every now and then.

-sd mode was Gwypaas's project that he never got around to finishing before his break. I had no idea about the map at the time so I probably enabled it for 3.0.6e while it wasn't ready. I don't really see the point in -sd mode anyway so... derp.

Scrap it then. Either way, it needs to be fixed (or purged).
