We all know that 3 tridents make a ToP, 3 scales make a AoF, why not make 3 Eye of the Oceans combine to form a basic pearl?
It kinda follows with the theme (eyes are scouting tools, they can see invis, so they're kinda like a pearl)...
not really desperately needed, but it would make the task of a mini getting a pearl easier and is kinda a nice bonus.

Personally don't agree with this. It would make syph stronger since he naturally has eyes, and now anytime he picks one up, he can just save it for another pearl to sell/use on minion. It makes sense, but overall pearl is special, maybe if it made a floating eye, I wouldn't mind.

You aren't suppose to get eye cheaper. Its so if you get an random eye drop you can build a floating eye easier.

Syph has a short cd eying ability. No other titan has that. This would then let him easily make pearls all day long since he can just naturally eye them and use the item to farm pearls.
