I'm suggesting this for those people who want to be the titan, because either:
1) The titan sucks
2) The titan is bitching about wanting to be a builder, and will leave if you don't, and you figure "Why not, I don't mind being Titan, and one less player would make this a lot less fun"
It would basically be the -titan command when a player leaves, but would be -swap titan and could do it while he is still here, and you both would have to type that command. I don't think it would be too hard to put in, considering there is already a command like it.
There may be some balancing issues, because friends may do this early game, enabling titan to find all the lumber bases.

There could be a trigger that when you become titan, all the buildings on your minimap get erased, and you have to find them again. I don't see troubles with the -builder command, unless a troll purposely suicides.

You could easily buy 3 from the shop, making it 9g instead of 15g.

Carn is damm lazy ask Sickle and even if it was excepted i think it would be difficult to add so there would be a 2v wait
Also some people who ether like titan and don't get it or are practising titan and don't get it will abusing to forcibly take titan

It would probably be a while to fix and just add most likely useless amount of codes and cause longer loading times just for a silly command to be abused. No.

I think swapping builders with someone would be awesome, and obviously would need to be disabled for -ar mode. If coding is a problem, then it doesn't need to be put in. I just think it would be a great addition.
As for the titan swapping, it probably isn't a good idea. Along with the coding problems people have mentioned and how easily it is abused, it probably isn't worth the effort to put it in.
