Foreword: Once again, I have returned again with my 4th and newest Titan suggestion. She is a titan of the mind and uses her mental powers to overthrow the islands creatures one by one. However, she has a twist, her main attribute is Intelligence which differs from every other titan.. I hope you like him, and I will be awaiting you comments, suggestions, and criticism, but please make it constructive and give a reason why or why not.
Green is a description of a spell or ability.
Yellow informs as to what a spell or ability does.
Red states a mandatory level requirement for a spell or ability.
Blue explains my thoughts on such spells and abilities.

Background: She dreamt in the depths beside Ludicious, being his partner through the think and thin. Unfortunately when Ludicious woke to defend his Island, he decided it would be quick and left Artimesious to sleep. However, through her dreams, she saw her partner slayed and awake in a hateful vengeance. Brimming with a power and anger nearly void of control, she seeks revenge on those who have murdered her once alive love.

Skills

Innate- Intelligence Aura
Artimesious creates an aura around her that increase the speed at which she can regenerate Mana.
Gives +5% mana regeneration, Passive
Innate
A helpful little aura.


Windwalk- Mental Glide
Channeling her body composition onto mere waves of mental energy, Artimesious can use this little trick to “glide” past her enemies.
+25% MS, lasts 60 seconds, 0 Mana, 90 CD
Requires: Level 2
Generic windwalk.

Heal- Life Conversion
Artimesious converts her mana into life so she may continue onwards to victory
Level 1: 40Mana/25hp, lasts until turned off, Costs 200 Mana to activate, 20 CD
Level 2: 60Mana/40hp, lasts until turned off, Costs 200 Mana to activate, 20 CD
Level 3: 80Mana/60hp, lasts until turned off, Costs 200 Mana to activate, 20 CD
Level 4:100Mana/80hp, lasts until turned off, Costs 200 Mana to activate, 20 CD

Requires: Levels 2, 4, 6, 8
A different spin on the normal way of healing.


Nuke- Meltdown
Artimesious causes the brain synapses in the target area to overload, thus effectively frying her enemies brains.
Level 1: 40dps, lasts 3 seconds, 250 Mana, 18 CD
Level 2: 60dps, lasts 2.5 seconds, 250 Mana, 17 CD
Level 3: 80dps, lasts 2 seconds, 250 Mana, 16 CD

Requires: Level 2, 4, 6



Your Choice- Psychic Sight
Artimesious can see a large random area of the island for a small amount of time due to focusing her energies on finding the builders.
Reveals a random area on the map of 1000 AoE from the location, 150 Mana, 45 CD
Requires: Level 3
Like psychics never really know what they’re going to see so...


Your Choice- Torpid Arrows
Artimesious covers her arrows with a secret toxic that mentally slow down enemies hit by them. This in turn makes the move slower because the idea of running takes long to go through.
Slow by 25% for 2 seconds, Passive
Requires: Level 3
For those of whom don't understand, torpid means slow, lazy, so you can understand the idea of then name.


Ultimate- Reckless Assualt
Artimesious exerts a mental field that makes all units in it have uncontrollable attacks that recklessly damage them each time they attack.
Damages attacking unit for 15% damage of the damage they just delt from their attack, lasts 20 seconds, 900 AoE from titan, 350 Mana, 180 CD
Requires: Level 13
A rather unique ultimate that damages anything and everything that isn‘t the titan and her allies for every attack dealt.

Move speed - 390

Range - 105
Starting str - 35 + 7
Starting agi - 35 +6
Starting int - 35 +6




Nuke- Mental Chain
The minion sends out a chain of pure mental energy that bounces to enemies to close to the selected victim.
Level 1: Bounces 3 times, 90 damage, 250 Mana, 20 CD
Level 2: Bounces 4 times, 125 damage, 250 Mana, 19 CD
Level 3: Bounces 5 times, 160 damage, 250, 18 CD

Requires: Level 2, 4, 6
A basic minion nuke.


Heal- Wellspring of Life
The minion can replenish allies and herself in a small area to restore both health and mana.
Level 1: Restores 20HP&Mana/sec, lasts 10 seconds, 325 AoE, 250 Mana, 25 CD
Level 2:  Restores 40HP&Mana/sec, lasts 10 seconds, 350 AoE, 250 Mana, 24 CD
Level 3: Restores 60HP&Mana/sec, lasts 10 seconds, 375 AoE, 250 Mana, 23 CD
Level 4: Restores 80HP&Mana/sec, lasts 10 seconds, 400 AoE, 250 Mana, 22 CD

Requires: Level 2, 4, 6, 8
A different approach on the minions ability to heal. However, to prevent cheating while siegeing, this does not stack with the other minions using it at the same time. And it does not heal the minion using the spells Mana, because once again, it would be too OP.

Model: Couatl
Minis- Watery Servent
The minion creates a ranged minion that can help attack her enemies.
Normal mini stats with 300 range and magic attack, and the can fly.
Requires: Level 4
A basic minion summon with a slight twist.


Wind Walk- Air of Invisibility
The minion creates a cloud of dust by speeding up the wind around her so she can escape.
Gives +20 MS, lasts 5 seconds, 0 Mana, 90 CD
Requires: Level 2
Basic minion windwalk.


Ultimate- Spelled Armor
The minion gives a great amount of Mana to shield herself for a short time without taking any damage.
Gives 5 seconds of invincibility, 400 mana, 120 CD
Requires: Level 8
A way different ultimate to at a little interest to this minion.

Here are a few things:

1.) The model would look abnormally weird, being that her animation is ranged, and she has a bow yet she is melee.

2.) Is the heal like default Mana Shield, or does it remove 'n' mana and converting it to health when she is attacked?

3.) The aura should be an initial spell as it seems pretty useless as a leveled spell.

1.Well i've seen the model used like that before, but i can switch it up wihtout a problem.
2. Its does take the mana, and uses it or "converts" it into health, i.e. 100 Mana lost, but 50 HP regained.
3. Ok, will fix that too.

The model should be the Naga Siren, and the Minions should use the model of a Snap Dragons or Couatl.

The heal makes no sense for sieging.  Even at level 4, it only does 500 life healed over 10 seconds, for 1000 mana?!?  I know this titan has mana regen aura and more intelligence etc. but it won't be enough to siege a base? :/
Also, is torpid arrows suppose to be innate or learn at level 3, because you have both of those written. 
Nuke on minions is really weak and the heal is really strong, I assume you did that on purpose? But the mini heal is better than the titan's...
Yes I understand that there would be no cooldown for the titan's heal but against a base such as faerie, this titan would get rolled...
And you ultimate's name makes no sense.

Alright i see your point on the heal, I think a definite fix is in order and i will try to balance it as much as possible.
Fixed the torpid arrows, ty for pointing it out, with 3 titans at once to work on, things tend to be overlooked.
Yes, i did that with heal and nuke on purpose, just as a different way of using the minions to make people hopefully come up with new ideas.
I know abou the Faerie base thing, and unfortunately, theres nothing i can really say except everyone hs got to have a weakness...
I see where i screwed up on the name, will fix shortly

Alright i think i balanced out the heal better
And i fixed the name, now it basically means "accidental suicide"
Fortuitous- lucky, accidental
Seppuku- suicide (in a very short term, its actual meaning, you should look up yourself)

I know you are trying to be unique and all, but I don't see why the names have to be so complicated.  I mean just a simple "Scepter of Flame" worked for molt pretty well.. And that is basically just describing the icon o.O

Heal seems like Foss's ult but weaker or stronger, I can't tell since I don't know Foss numbers.

And no offense really, but RuNm, it is like your pulling suggestions out of a plain endless stream.

And what you make with what you pull out is unstable, tho some are quite good most are not well thought out.

Well I figured a little diversity would be better, and because the intel gain is more than the strength gain, it would make more sense to have intel be the main, lest you loss valuable damage.
