Foreword: Once again, I have returned again with my 3rd and newest Titan suggestion. He is yes, once again agility based, but differs greatly from many other titans. I hope you like him, and I will be awaiting you comments, suggestions, and criticism, but please make it constructive and give a reason why or why not.
Green is a description of a spell or ability.
Yellow informs as to what a spell or ability does.
Red states a mandatory level requirement for a spell or ability.
Blue explains my thoughts on such spells and abilities.

Background: Achilleous, the titan of war, was once a small warrior seeking power. Drawn by the rumors, he went into the cave where he now resides in search of power, however, he failed to heed the warnings. Now he is cursed to guard the cave, but because he was to minute, the curse he bears also gives him great strength and so he fights onwards, never knowing rest till the cave is once again safe from threat.

Titan's heal is too weak.  Think of it, at level 4 it equals 2 regular regeneration spines.
The building critical also seems a bit weak, you wouldn't want to increase the % but maybe the damage factor to x3 or x4.
The ulti is a weaker version of breeze's ulti, so yeah...

Alright, i was afraid of making the heal too op, but now i see what you mean, will begin balancing again
Alright, i think i'll make it x3, and see what is said about it from there
Ty for pointing that out i completely forgot about breeze's ulti when i was making it XP i'll try and make it a little more original

If balancing is an issue with the heal, you could always use % of total hp/sec, although I think it's fine the way it is now, i suppose.

I liked the % heal per second idea, but then that would just make it a never ending op grant heal, so i decided to try and change it up again.
