What not to do
PoNy Edition:

1)Don't beg for satyr you will regret it.
2)Don't intentionally feed unless the team has agreed on it.
3)Do not team kill structures without permission.
4)Do not block allies golding or laning in your base.
5)Stay out of nuke range in a base.
6)Don't complain cause you got killed by a nuke, you brought it upon yourself.
7)Don't cuss the titan he volunteered so you could play.
8)If titan goes missing from corners of the map you may gold for up to 3-4.5 seconds befor backing since that is the time required to return.
9)Watch mound at all times when golding in case of teleport.
10)Stuns slows and other debuffs may not always save you, the titan can take them off almost instantly with a punish.
11)Do not gold aimlessly because it is demonicus, he may have a windcatcher.
12)Do not pick puppeteer, he is probably removed or remade so much you won't recognize him.
13)Be polite.
14)Do not build in someones base without permission, he will probably destroy it for you, ask him beforehand and if he says no, find a different spot.
15)Don't be afraid to go titan, if you win you just feel that much more special.
16)You need webbed feet as titan, or any item that gives the same effect. Remember they don't stack.
17)You need pearl as titan.
18)Ankh may not be right for you, but it could.
19)Teach others, don't insult them.
20)Early bases are viable not advisable.
21)Having no gold doesn't mean you lose.
22)Two minions doesn't mean you lose.
23)Basing with no gold is the ultimate thrill against a fed titan who isn't too scared to siege you.
24)Do not build in places that would block other builders.
25)Camping is not the best solution against large golders, try to run around a bit then tele back with the cage and pearling a bit while your at it.
26)Have fun.

Alright, reviewing it over again. This guide couldn't have been made possible without the help of a lot of people, especially Jux.Mage, Coaster_Man, and PoNy. Thanks guys! ^^
1. DO NOT build a base on the northwest area when the titan is Moltenious or Voltron. There is a hole that you can't build on, and ultimately it gives the titan a wide-open opportunity to get massive feed!
2. DO NOT seed when the titan is Demonicus. That titan can destroy your workers with an indierect nuke, and one of his abilities, Mark of Darkness, will kill a worker and turn it into a Spanwn of Darkness, which will multiply with each worker death. It can also attack buildings.
3. DO NOT CAMP AS TITAN! Sure, it will eventually get you a minion, but at what cost? A whole lot of time for the builders to base and lack of levels and gold.
4. DO NOT just stand there when a miniminion attacks your seed. If you are an arachnid, panda, demonologist, or puppeteer, use your champion workers to fight back.
5. DO NOT run in the middle when you are Satyr. There'll be chance which Titan might end up even buying Pearl and use it at the middle. (Jux.Mage)
6. DO NOT use -ar unless everyone in-game are present. (Jux.Mage)
7. DO NOT use titan hunter as your main 'wall', it feeds more gold than a regular wall does while dying faster. (Jux.Mage)
8. DO NOT summon your puppet out in the open as Puppeteer. (Jux.Mage)
9. DO NOT base when you do not have enough wood to upgrade every towers and walls. (Jux.Mage)
10. DO NOT create a lumber base near the middle early game. (Jux.Mage)
11. DO NOT lumber base at the bottom right base (square), top right, or far mid right against sypherious or bubo or demo, THE TITAN WILL EAT ALMOST ALL YOUR WORKERS IN ONE NUKE. (Coaster_Man)
12. DO NOT rely on wind walk to save you, unless you are troll or are using it when the titan's wind walk is in cooldown. (Coaster_Man)
13. DO NOT wait until the last second to use your escape when the titan is catching up to you at mid, I've seen too many people die as they try to teleport with 50 hp left… (Coaster_Man)
14. DO NOT go AFK in the open, or if you have a lumber base; unless you gave control. (Coaster_Man)
15. As foss, DO NOT (if you even can) kill everyone early game.  One minion is enough to guard the mound, and you will want that feed + a level 7 mini at gp. (Coaster_Man)
16. DO NOT leave your lumber base buildings on full hp. When titan strikes your lumby base, you'd want to be quick as hell to deny it. What I would do is leave a research center, 2 food sources, some shelters, and some workers in the lumber base with all buildings damaged to the most w/o dying. WARNING: Draneis cannot do this, as their shelters are food sources. I'd keep my hunter construct there to deny it. Pandas and puppets can't either, unless he uses champs or puppets.
17. DO NOT try commiting suicide when Titan breaks through your base. It may seems like a good idea, but if the titan is smart, he won't attack you until your whole base is demolished. No, What you should do is run as fast as you can with your head start and run to the next base. You may not be able to make a legit base, but you will be able to support your teammate, IF you're also a support builder. If not, then gg for you.
18. DO NOT be careless when you WW out of a seed Granitacles just chased you into. Make sure that his sentry stone is nonexistent. (RuNm)
19. DO NOT Gold if you don't know where the titan is or if he has wind walk. (turbo)
20. DO NOT be a faggot and kill other people's shelters in seeds just because they got it first, even if you claimed it first. If they have it, they have it. Killing seeds will just make things more complicated and worse. I mean, come on, the builders are supposed to be a team!
21. DO NOT look somewhere else while you're golding at the middle. (Jux.Mage)
22. DO NOT stand just behind a 1x1 gap when the titan is there to siege your middle walls. If your builder allies are trying to get through, they will find themselves blocked, ultimately screwing the builders up a notch.(PoNy)

24. DO NOT rely TOO much on negative buffs on titan to save you. Bitch can self-punish to debuff himself and keep going at you. Once the buff is on him, run as fast as you can. (PoNy)
25. DO NOT be a faggot in the game. The main purpose of a game is to have fun, whether you win or lose. Unfortunately, there are so many dumbasses who take the game WAY TOO SERIOUSLY! Really, it’s just a game. Just loosen up a bit and have fun! (ISeeDeadPeople)
