How to Make a Suggestion

For all of you non-English speakers out there. I see people (more so on the old forums) that don't know how to type. This annoys me in so many different ways. If I even bother reading your suggestion, it's hard on the eyes, and makes it difficult to read. Suggestions aren't going to be accepted if you half-ass them or if you don't put any thought into them. When I say that, I mean don't use the '1337' speak and have a clear idea of what you're asking for.

This will show you how not to half-ass your suggestions.

Don't have everything--or anything--italicized, underlined and in bold, like so.
That's just annoying and makes you look like a fool.

Colors is one thing, but seriously.
Apart from Kama, I don't know anybody who likes reading that.

I don't mind the way you capitalize your words too much, but punctuation helps.
"hei what r u talkin bout?" is the way to get flamed.
"hey, what are u talking about?" is acceptable.
