I used Unregistered Hypercam 2 to record it and that turned out clear. But when i imported it onto Windows Movie Maker 2.6 it turned out really shitty.

Sorry for necro... but..

Use Cyberlink Powerdirector - it's great quality easy to use and doesn't have copyright problems from sony when you upload (Sony always attempts to claim audio recorded with hypercam)
