Well there is a lot of information missing
How much do things cost? I thought the idea of gathering gold with hunters was pretty much a NO NO except in that one builder's case but even that it was 25% hate. His workers seem to mine very quickly compared to others food/lumber ratio.
You really need to put everything down first or at least give us a better idea of the concept.
