Why couldn't you just say that!  Shocked The way you were describing it it sounded like he took the damage then healed a % of it back. Yeah, if that's the case, your current heal is fine.

For the miniminions though, they will be useless late game. By that time, usually everyone has taken to a base by then, meaning you won't be able to grab any minis. The only way you could use them is if you saved them up all game and had them sitting at the mound. I'm not against the idea and up for anything that will change miniminion gameplay around, but realistically it's not a reliable heal.

I'll try to think of something for the minion's ultimate, but I know that not all the titans have scouting skills. The only ones that come to mind right now that do are luci, glac, molt, and demo, with syph and granit coming in as semi-scouting with eye and sentry stone.

I know I'm wrong with numbers, that's why i want some one to make them up for me. And during the heal, could your armor could be reduced to 0 for that time?
You just don't get it do you. If you decrease the defense, the heal will be greater, but it won't matter because the titan will take more damage, so it nulls the heal.

I've said it before, go try the death knight in DotA to understand how the heal works.
During the time of the heal, You don't take damage. The damage you should of taken heals you when the heal is up. Get it better now?

As turbo said, why didn't you say this before, or even better, in your suggestion??
By the way, not everyone in the world, or on warcraft, plays DoTA, so don't go assume that everyone should know.

I suggest describing the heal as follows.

Blah blah, titan doesn't take any damage for 1 second and heals XX% of the damage taken.

Even then its still a bad heal because you will only heal 1 salvo of damage, which isn't enough for a heal.

And I'm not suggesting everyone plays DotA, because i for one don't. I only know the move because i wanted to see the newer heroes out.

Open up the old 2.8.6b map and look at minion stats then.

I'm guessing you hate the divine shield idea.

Panda completely changed Titans from back then, increasing all their stats.

I always thought this would make a good heal for a titan, i just didn't have a titan theme to go along with it. You're free to use it if you want, just give credit.  Grin

Manipulate Time:
For three seconds, the titan absorbs 50% of all damage taken. The damage absorbed during the duration is then converted into health.

Rank 1: Heals for 125% of damage absorbed
Rank 2: Heals for 150% of damage absorbed
Rank 3: Heals for 175% of damage absorbed
Rank 4: Heals for 200% of damage absorbed


The amount absorbed and the amount taken will cancel each other out, so if you take 1000 damage during the duration, you will be healed for the following:

Rank 1: Heals for 625
Rank 2: Heals for 750
Rank 3: Heals for 875
Rank 4: Heals for 1000



The spell itself would have a level in between trainings, to balance out the amount of power the heal has.

If you like this idea, then go ahead and use it. Numbers can be changed, name can be changed, ect.


P.S. I'm sorry if I did the math incorrectly, I'm posting this at almost 4 am. Please correct me if I have done so.
