Delusion It should be active. Making it passive would make it stupid, draining 20 mana every second.  Mental Wavelength Another random icon. Really, I feel modernly stupid for getting custom icons, which could be awesome. :3 |

Right, I finally found a decent solution to the Delusion Icon problem.
Jux.Mage, I do like your images, but I always try to use icons from the actual game before I resort to Hives Workshop or other sites. Thanks anyway, though.

What about the icons I found? The turn off icon for the final could be  or  . OR The on icon can be  and the off to go with this could be  Edit: Lmao, i just realised you did use my idea. My bad  Edit Edit: For the windwalk styled move, the icons don't match each other and the rest of the moves. How about using ON:  OFF:  OR ON:  OFF:  For mental wavelength, there is an active icon for evasion and in the description of the final, It still say orb of darkness icon works for it. |

there should be a mana cost for activating the windwalk, not, so you dont see him constantly "blinking" in and out of invis if he is at low mana, or just to annoy the defenders.

The "blinking in and out" was somewhat intentional. It'd make his windwalk quite powerful, and annoying to defenders. But, I do see what you mean: without some sort of activation cost, he could literally become invisible whenever he wanted (at a cost). Would this be too unfair?
Thanks for the wind walk stuff Capn. Where the heck did you find a wilting windwalk?
EDIT: Sorry, but could you please post the active Evasion icon or tell me where to find it?

There is an active evasion with illidan in it. Its the icon for evasion while learning it. I can't find the icon on the web, but here is the in game icon path: ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNEvasion.blp And the turn off wind-walk icon is a hidden icon in warcraft3. I think it was made for wind-walk to be deactivated, then they made backstabbing so there's no point to deactivate wind-walk, but they kept it in the game for future use even though it doesn't appear in the icon drop-down menu. and Kel'Thuzard(Lich)
Kel'Thuzard is the cooler looking lich. Which he probably thought new.
Also his Wind Walk, is exactly the same as Netherious but his has a cooldown. Need to change it a bit a no cooldown wind walk would be abusive even it if has mana draining. Just look at Luci people always think mana isn't drained correctly.

The Reign of Chaos Lich is wearing what looks like an Egyptian headdress.
The Frozen Throne Lich's headdress is black with gray stripes.
That's the only difference i found between them.
I don't really know where i can find the pictures.
