Flac, actually that model gave me an idea. Since these are temporary, why not make them a bit stronger in terms of hp/attack, but make them unmovable? I personally think it would be an interesting concept.

But then the summon would have to be done over a range, which could lead to issues with minions massing them next to a merchant.

The forgotten one? That would be ugly and I don't think it has an attack animation.

But then the summon would have to be done over a range, which could lead to issues with minions massing them next to a merchant. Just make it like 150 range, thats I think melee range so you wouldn't be able to abuse summoning over cliffs.

Just make it like 150 range, thats I think melee range so you wouldn't be able to abuse summoning over cliffs. Yes, however what would be the purpose of these if the range was so minimal?

For the ultimate, I was originally going to make it link more units, however with every unit you link, the strength of the ultimate is improved dramatically. I think in-game number tweaking would prove more useful than just on-paper speculation.
How about you can make it like foss's ultimate (i know people don't like foss much, but it'd fix this problem) the ultimate with multiple levels, lvl 1 links to 2 units, lvl 2 links to 3 units, etc
