a necro is bringing a thread back that hasn't received a post for over a week for no valid reason
ie on the 16 page foss thread from i-d.com, if someone had posted "yeah foss sucks" 2 weeks after it ended it would be a necro
in that same situation, if someone posted suggestions to change foss it would not be a necro
