Typing -No sat, will make it so people can't choose, or random Satyr.
The reason for this suggestion is because now Satyr cost 1 gold.

Not really, it doesn't give you gold nor allow you to pick it and you could still random Satyr without -sat ffa on.
This is for people who don't want people at all to get Satyr.

Yeah, because that is how it used to be, and that is how it shouldn't be. Red should not have control over who gets to play Satyr. Noob Hosts who QQ and -sat red themselves every game are annoying, and it's stupid that the host can chose who gets to play Satyr. Panda gained a lot of trust for -sat, because people who play Satyr normally could be special and be the only ones playing him. In 2.8.6e, there will be a maximum of one satyr and a -DS (Disable Satyr) command. The problem with satyr is not that he dies early. It is one of them, but not the main one. The problem I am concerned with is that once there is a satyr, there are less basers or golders who contribute to the Builders' Team. It is the same as the economy, the satyr takes and takes but it only rarely contributes back if fed a lot or is a very good player. I play Satyr like he is supposed to be played. 400 HP at the most, the rest is spent on damage upgrades. Then I just poke him to deal damage and sunder his armor. That is the purpose of satyr, a walking tower. Some people may disagree with limiting Satyrs to one, but I have seen too many games ruined. |
