Battle Construct/ Cost:8 gold, 600 Lumber, 1 Food.
Stats/200 Hit Points, 375 Mana Points, 41-41 Normal damage Points, 0 Fortified armor Points.
Abilities/ Mana Shield : Activates a shield that absorbs 100% of the damage taken, absorbing 1 damage per point of mana.
The build time of the battle construct is 10 seconds, after 10 seconds his food cost jumps from 1 to 8.
Is that supposed to happen?
Why each Battle construct costs 8 gold?
It's not even a good unit to hunt with - It needs its mana points charged, its damage is not high it dies pretty easy , it's attack speed is Ok, it has small collision size and high movement speed.
I don't think this unit should cost 8 gold 600 lumber and 8 food.
Even if it supposed to cost 1 food 8 gold is way too much for that kind of unit.

He over nerfed it cause it used to be really over powered. Just sounds useless now. |

Didn't know where to post this, so I'll put it here. Anyways, how should I put this. On Wednesday, I have to go. I don't want to, it's a pain in the fucking ass, but there's something from my past I have to take care of, I've got a skeleton in my closet. I'll be away from home, computers, technology and anything like that for a month. I'll get away from it all for exactly three hours after the first month, that's halfway through. Sadly, I won't be back for long enough to get home and release an edit. My plan was to make 2.8.6e, wait till the halfway point of one month and release it to keep you guys over, then correct bugs and possibly implement something big after the second month. But, I won't be home long enough to even post 2.8.6e. So, pretty much don't expect shit continuing for the summer. I know it sucks, and I really don't want to go, but I'll still be around tomorrow and maybe even a bit on Wednesday morning. Don't go all gwypaas on me and pick a new editor while I'm away, though. This is just temporary. When I'm back, there is going to be a big ass new version, 2.8.7.
When I get back, the real Island Defense will be in full swing for at least eleven months, god hoping I don't have to take this trip again next year.

Personally I feel before you mess with his battle constructs you should balance out his hunter. Keep hunter as he is, but with a new gimmick....YAY.
His mana is now his fuel. He is same BS as he is (maybe a bit of a nerf), but once he runs out of mana he's as slow as goblin hunter (too lazy to look up ms).
Point of this would make him more of a quick hit and run hunter, and awesome when he is near the base, or a hub that can refuel it, but when out is much worse and easily taken out.
More or less it makes him a threat when hes near a hub or his base, but can't just run around the map denying everything. |
