It says it increases his ms by 60. His starting ms is 380. 380 + 60 = 440. The ms of speed turtle is 520, He keeps up with the speed turtle 520 > 440. So does it mean to increase by 150 and the tooltip is wrong or is it meant to be 60 and the research is wrong?

Probably tooltip, I heard Darox acknowledge the MS of the Hunter with training so he must know that it gives max.

The tooltip says 60 but the actual upgrade adds 150.

Now the question is: Change the tooltip or the upgrade value.

(Upgrade value to stop imbaness!)
