Skills

Echolocation - Innate

Cavernous has the ability to track down targets using his ears.pings the map for all builders in 1500 Aoe of him. 100 Mana, 45 second cooldown, auto-targetting.

Dig - Windwalk

Cavernous dig a mound into the earth giving him invisibility for 30 seconds.Moving makes him exit his hole and gives him +20 armor for 20 seconds losing 1 armor per second. 100 second cooldown,  auto-targetting.

Blood-Bath - Heal

Creates an area of 200/300 AOE on the ground.So long as cavernous is in this area him and his minions gain 40/60/80/100 health per second.Lasts 10 seconds. 190 Mana, 25 second cooldown, ground-targetting.

Stalagmites - Nuke

Lays out spikes in 300/400 range doing 60/70/80/90 damage.These then return to him doing 50/60/70/80 damage. 140 Mana, 19 second cooldown, unit-targetting.

Night-Dweller - Passive

The Titan gains 7/12/17/22% Movement speed,gains 20/20/25/25% attack speed, and +50/75/100/100 sight range at Night. Passive.

Infectious Bite - Passive(innate)

Cavernous has a naturally poisonous bite that slows units by 10% for 5 seconds. Passive.

Hightened Senses - Ultimate(Level 13)

Cavernous's night senses increase.He has +8% movement speed/+7% attack speed/+50 sight at night. Plus his bite slows for another 4 seconds Mana cost, cooldown, type of targetting.

Minions
Batty,Scares,Dark Flight,Chupcabat,Blood-Sucker,Blind.

Stalagtite - Nuke

Spikes fall from the sky doing 50/60/70/80 damage then 40/50/60/70 damage back to it. 120 Mana,17 second cooldown, unit-targetting.

Underwater Spring - Heal

The minion digs into the ground to drink refreshing water to heal 300/400/500/600 health.If Windwalked this adds +200 health. 120 Mana, 13 second cooldown, auto-targetting.

Bat-Riders - Minis

Raises a flying Bat-rider from a corpse. 75 Mana, 10 second cooldown, corpse-targetting.

200 Hp.25 damage.350 movement speed.Limit of 5

Tunnel - Wind Walk

The minion tunnels beneath the earth for 6 seconds. 120 Mana, 160 second cooldown, auto-targetting.

Collapse - Ultimate

Reduces armor of all buildings in 700 AOE by 8 and deals 250 Damage to units. 200 Mana, 200 second cooldown, auto-targetting.

Echolocation has some issues with there being only one or two builders left.
Change Echolocation from pinging the closest builder to reveals invisible units in [very wide] range.

WW's don't require mana anymore.

Your cooldown for the nuke and heal are way too long. Other nukes have 8 second cooldowns, and I'm not sure about heal.

Night Dweller L4 + Webbed Feet + High natural MS = Faster than anything without an item or buff. Not sure about the speed turtle.

Poison is low, is that to account for the MS being high or human error?

The heal increase from WW is useless. +150 up would made it more viable to actually waste WW on healing.

Damaging buildings is imbalanced. Come up with a new ultimate because you can destroy a base from the outside in.

The range of the 250 DMG Nuke should be 600 and the range of the armor reduction should be 500. Something like that. Oh and you failed to mention a duration of the armor reduction? Something over 10 and under 20 would be nice o;

I suggest armor reduction should be something lower like 4 but stackable.

Foss's ult is much of an ult now is it?
Plus volt's ult is pretty suckish too if you bped
And I could argue bloodlust is better than bub's ult if i wanted
