Think you need to define no more than 2 per base rule.
Because some people say its buildings in which case chrono game was broken (lees merchant in yours and whoever else's base), or is it counted by builders in the base or what?

Just a qucik question a bout that. Can tehre be buildings from more than 2 perosns in a base as long as tehre are no more than 2 builders per base?
